The Halo Scroll Tiara - Catherine, Princess of Wale's Wedding Tiara
Historical Information :
The tiara was created in 1936 and gifted in the same year by HRH Duke of York (future HM King George VI) to HRH Duchess of York (future HM Queen Mother) on the occasion of their wedding anniversary. HM Queen Mother gave the tiara to her elder daughter, HRH Princess Elizabeth as an 18th birthday gift. HRH Princess Margaret borrowed the tiara from her elder sister and wore it very often. HRH Princess Anne, the only daughter of HM Queen Elizabeth II, also borrowed the tiara from HM Queen Elizabeth II, and wore it often until her marriage. In 2021, the tiara was worn by Duchess of Cambridge (Catherine, Princess of Wales later) on her wedding day.
