Due to international shipping costs are high, even more expensive then the actual product price for the most of the locations, in the name of giving equal chance to shop to all of our customers, we offer free international shipping on tiaras and jewellery. To keep our prices affordable, we ship via sea shipping. For this reason, average shipping time on our tiaras and jewellery is approx. 28 days depending on location and customs clearance. Under free shipping we cant provide tracking code. In the case your package gets lost while transporting, we offer a complete money return, or sending a new product depending on your choice.

How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?

All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible through many of our domestic and international warehouses, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. We typically take 1-3 business days for handling & processing your order. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 12-28 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Additional factors such as distance, customs, natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Are there any hidden customs fees or import taxes?

All prices on our webpage are displayed in USD with all taxes completely covered on our end. Sending Invoice

As a legal company, we will send you an invoice after each purchase. Against the risk you losing it in the case of refund, we use a more environmentally friendly method and sending e-invoice. After each purchase, you will receive an e-invoice from us to your e-mail address.
