The Greville Tiara
Historical Information :
The tiara was created for Mrs. Greville in 1921. In 1942, after the death of Mrs. Greville, the tiara was inherited to HM Queen Mother, like all of the jewellery of Mrs. Greville. The very top section has been added in the same year. The tiara was inherited by HM Queen Elizabeth II after the death of HM Queen Mother in 2002. HM Queen Elizabeth II loaned the tiara to the Duchess of Cornwall (HM Queen Consort Camilla later) after her marriage to HRH Prince Charles (HM The King Charles III later) in 2005; since that time the tiara has been one of the favourite of The Queen.
