The Fife Tiara

Historical Information : 

The tiara was created in 1857 and was gifted as a wedding present to Princess Louise by her husband, the Duke of Fife, in 1889. In 1931, Princess Alexandra, the daughter of Princess Louise, wore the tiara at the coronations of HM King George VI and Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth (the Queen Mother). The 3rd Duke of Fife, James Carnegie, who was the nephew of Princess Alexandra, inherited the tiara in 1931. James Carnegie left the tiara to his son David Carnegie in 2015. The Fife tiara is currently on display at Kensington Palace.
