Queen Mary's Lover's Knot Tiara
Historical Information :
The tiara, created in 1913 for Queen Mary with the same design as the tiara owned by her grandmother, Princess Augusta, Duchess of Cambridge, was inherited by HM Queen Elizabeth II in 1953. She later gave the tiara to her daughter-in-law, Princess Diana, in 1981. After her divorce in 1995, Lady Diana returned the tiara to HM Queen Elizabeth II. The tiara is one of Catherine, Princess of Wales's favorites.
